Safeguarding

During this period of closure our priority is to ensure that you and your families are safe. You will find a range of information linking to Online Safety and well-being.

During School Hours:

If you have a concern about a child you can contact the school office during the school day and ask to speak to one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads. The Designated Safeguarding Leads are:
Mrs J Ackroyd
Mr J Kelly
Ms S Schofield
Mrs C Spicer

If you prefer you can send an email to: olsjdslscounsellor@olsj.blackburn.sch.uk

Out of School Hours:

If you have a concern about a child out of school hours you can call Blackburn with Darwen Children Social Care on 01254 666 400 and report it there. Alternatively you can call 101. If you believe that it is an emergency then you call 999.

At the moment you might find that you and your family are spending more time using the Internet to complete work. As always there will be some concerns when using the Internet. Below are links to a range of resources that you and your family can look at to keep yourself safe.
