At the heart of our caring, Catholic community is our commitment to the wellbeing of each person. In order to to feel good about ourselves and get the most out of life, good mental health in balance with good physical health is essential.
Healthy Heads is our school’s approach to promoting and supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all members of our community.
We aim to:
- Teach and promote positive ways to look after our mental health and wellbeing
- Encourage everyone to talk about and take care of their mental health
- Help people recognise when they may need support with their mental health
- Provide or signpost help if and when someone needs it
Healthy Heads work is themed around six key actions which have been found to improve an individual’s wellbeing.
If you would like to discuss the Healthy Heads work, please contact our School Counsellor, Nicki Chadwell, (01254 588380) who is leading this area of school development.
