We ended the term with a beautiful and reverent Easter liturgy, thoughtfully prepared and led by our pupils, with the support of Mrs Akroyd and Mrs Spicer.
The service provided a meaningful opportunity for reflection on the Easter message of love, service and renewal. A particularly special part of the liturgy was the washing of the pupils’ hands by members of staff, symbolising care, humility and the importance of serving others.
The atmosphere throughout was calm, respectful and uplifting, and it was a fitting way to bring the term to a close as a school community.
We are very proud of all the pupils involved for the care and maturity they showed in leading such a wonderful service.
We wish everyone a peaceful and happy Easter.
